Example 1:
William: Okay, so my top priority is to fix that persistent bug, and then I’ll move on to the preparing the team for the necessary add-an programs. If I have time I’ll have a meeting with the partner to catch up on things.
Example 2:
Gina: I’d just like to give you my priorities for next week. First and foremost, I need to arrange a meeting with Conrad associates about the legal matter we discussed earlier. Then, I have to make sure everything is ready for Mr. Ikeda’s visit in two weeks. Also, I’m still putting together the list of speakers for the conference in June, and If I manage to get time it’ll be ready by next Friday.
Example 3:
Simon: I have a few priorities set for this week. Above everything else, I have to clear the January orders backlog. Then, I’ll be moving on to sorting out the roster after the unexpected reshuffle yesterday.
Once those two things are complete, I’ll be able to get started on the plans for the March training exercise.
