| Alexander: Good morning Simon, do you have a minute? I’m trying to mount this new projector screen. Do you know how to do it correctly? Simon: Sure, no problem. Let’s have a look. Okay, the first thing you’ll need to do is use the stud sensor to detect framing studs behind the wall. Alexander: Right. Simon: Then, use a laser level to make sure that the markings are parallel and not crooked before you try mounting it. Alexander: Okay. I think there’s a laser level in the equipment room. Simon: After that, use the drill to attach the brackets at the marked area and make sure they’re securely placed. Alexander: Got it. Simon: Finally, mount the projector screen on the brackets. It’s a little tricky, so try not to force it, and be as careful as possible. That should be it then. Alexander: Thanks for your help. |

| Gina: Hi William, How are you? Actually, I could use your help over here, if you’ve got a minute? William: Sure, what’s up? Gina: Would you mind showing me how to use this new software? William: No problem, yeah, I was playing around with it over the weekend, so I’ve managed to work out most of it. Gina: How do I change the folder setting here? William: Oh yes, I had the same problem. Okay, first, click on the top right star icon and then select “Folder check 1” Gina: Okay, like this? William: Yes, exactly. Now, uncheck that box on the bottom left. Gina: This one? William: Good, and finally, just refresh the page and it should allow you to change the settings manually. Gina: Thanks a million. I’d been trying to figure that out for ages. William: No problem, see you later. |

| William: Hey Simon, could you help me with this new coffee machine? I’m not sure how to use it. Simon: Sure William, here… I’ll show you how to use it. William: Please, thanks. Simon: First, you pop one of these little cartridges into the top of the machine, like this. William: Right. Simon: Then, choose the type of coffee you want it to brew by pushing one of these buttons down here. When you’ve done that just push the big green button here. William: Okay, got it. |
