Activity 01 – Example dialogs

Kwame: Hello, everyone. I’d like to offer a suggestion regarding our operational efficiency.
Sophie: Of course, Kwame. What’s on your mind?
Kwame: I propose we implement a remote work policy to give our employees more flexibility and potentially reduce costs.
Barry: That’s an interesting idea, Kwame. How do you suggest we put it into action?
Kwame: We could start by evaluating which roles can be effectively performed remotely and then gradually transition to a hybrid model.
Sophie: That sounds like a solid plan. Thank you for the suggestion, Kwame. Let’s discuss it further in our next strategy meeting.

Aisha: Okay, team. I have a proposal concerning our product strategy.

David: Sure, Aisha. What’s your idea?

Aisha: I was thinking we could tailor our product to better suit the preferences of the Chinese market. It might help us gain more traction there.

Emily: That’s a fantastic suggestion, Aisha. How do you suggest we proceed?

Aisha: We could start by collaborating with local artisans and designers to infuse authenticity into our products.

David: I’m not sure whether we could get that organized in time, but thank you for sharing your suggestion, Aisha. Let’s delve deeper into it in our next product meeting.

Akbar: Hello, everyone. I’d like to pitch an idea regarding our marketing approach.
Dinara: Of course, Akbar. What’s on your mind?
Akbar: I believe we should leverage influencer partnerships to amplify our brand presence in the region.
Michael: That’s an interesting proposition, Akbar. How do you envision we execute it?
Akbar: We could start by identifying popular influencers in our target demographic and reaching out to them for collaborations.
Dinara: That might work. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, Akbar.
