Scenario 1 Simon wants to solve a production delay issue
Gina: So, that’s all I wanted to say about the production delay data. Okay, let’s move on to the next topic. Simon: Sorry, before we move on, I think we need to look at how we can ensure this sort of production delay does not happen again. Gina: You’re right, we definitely need to work on that immediately, however, I need to wait for Ito-san’s feedback first. We should be able to tackle that next week. Simon: I understand, thanks.
Scenario 2 William wants information on project deadlines
Alexander: So all of those projects should be wrapped up within the 12 months time frame. Anyway, we can move on to… William: One moment please, it seems we haven’t discussed the individual project deadlines. Do you have any projections on that? Alexander: Good question. Actually, let’s take a few minutes to go through what I have gathered on the deadline estimations. William: Great, thanks.
Scenario 3 Anthony wants to review some calculations for an estimation
Ryan: Okay then, let’s move onto our next item which is the assignments for next week. Anthony: Hang on there, before we move on to the next item, I think we should look at these calculations again. Ryan: Sorry Anthony, is there a problem? Anthony: Well, I suspect we might be leaving out some important data for the estimation, for example what the exact difference in price would be with or without third party involvement. Ryan: No worries Anthony, William has already prepared those calculations earlier today. I’ll send that to you immediately after the meeting. Is that okay? Anthony: Fantastic, thanks a lot. Ryan: Okay, so, I suppose we should move onto the assignments.
