Report 2 Situation: An IT sales person is giving a status update about their customer’s situation

Let me tell you the latest about the situation with my customer ZoTech.  

As you know, ZoTech has faced a lot of issues.

The main problem is with the OPENTEXT project.

This week, I met with ZoTech’s employees who are responsible for the OPENTEXT project, and the OPENTEXT team to discuss and try to solve this situation.

After all, we were able to reach an agreement on the actions to be taken. 

Therefore, as the next step, we are going to arrange the weekly cadence meetings with ZoTech and OPENTEXT.

Then we will set up the next key reporting meeting with ZoTech’s executives and the OPENTEXT president, and our CEO will join the meeting as well.

We hope to set up this meeting in early April. 

If we can meet with them in early April, then I expect this issue to be resolved by the end of April.
