    Take a look at these 3 examples:

    “Are you busy tomorrow? If not, would you like to go to the park?”

    “Are you familiar with Chinese financial regulations? If so, can I ask you some questions?”

    “Do you think that Japanese companies are still too focused on the domestic markets? If so, what needs to be changed? If not, which industries have driven this change?

    The structure is like this:
    [Yes /no ‘closed question] + if so, + [wh question] / If not, + [wh question]
