2. Responding to Interruptions

  • “Thank you, Hao, for bringing that to our attention. Could you elaborate on…?”
  • “If I may, Pierre, before we discuss the timeline adjustments, I think…”
  • “Thank you for bringing that up, Amir.
  • “No problem, Nasib, please go ahead.”
  • “That’s fine, Carol, what did you want to say?”
